Pawleys Island | Michigan Wedding Photographer

Colleen and Josh invited me down to Pawley’s Island in South Carolina to shoot their wedding and I had the best time with them. They live in Florida, but got married in South Carolina because it is a special place to them. We managed to get a few photos of them next to the house where they first met and in the spot where they first kissed! What a special thing to capture on your wedding day! 

They got ready separately and then had their first look together. We took that opportunity to capture some great portraits of them, including their first meet and first kiss shots! Then it was off to the ceremony at Pawleys Island Chapel. 

Their late afternoon wedding finished at the perfect time for us to get some incredible golden hour portraits of Colleen and Josh as well as their bridal party. After that, it was straight to the party bus and off to the reception at Pawleys Tap and Pour! 

They are a wild and very fun group which you can totally see in their reception photos. Everyone was having a great time, and there was such a celebratory vibe. They ended their epic day with a sparkler sendoff and then we took the bathtub photos which are some of my favorites.
